June 3, 2005 Dear W.E.T. I want to personally thank you and all of your employees for the FANTASTIC service we received during what was a very horrible time for both Dale and myself. You were one of four contractors involved in this restoration and YOU were the MOST RELIABLE. We could always expect a return call from any message we left. You stayed on schedule. When you said you were going to do something, it was done in a quick and professional manner. Nathan was at our home in the night (a.m.) of the disaster vacuuming up the water. The poor guy was literally working in this sleep. It was a bad night for everyone, but he kept on going. He must run on batteries or something. From your receptionist to you the service was GREAT. Nathan, Trinity, Darren, Bruce and names I can't remember, we thank ALL OF YOU. You have the best team in town and made all the other contractors look like rookies. Thanks again to you and your GREAT TEAM, and (nothing personal) I hope we never have to use your services again. Expect us to recommend you to ANYONE and EVERYONE who may need your help. Tony G. |

Dear Darren, Since it appears as though the job is now completed in our crawl space, I just wanted to share a few thoughts with you. When we met a while back to discuss the situation, you said that the final bill would be fair, and it certainly was. You also said there would be no surprises, and there were not. I respect the fact that you took our unique set of circumstances into account and stayed on the original quote. It could have been otherwise, but you lived up to your word. Your integrity was appreciated. In regards to your various crews, I especially want to acknowledge John, Nathan and Cole. It’s not that the other WET staff did not give it a terrific effort. It’s just that those three at different times delivered above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with this problem. They should be commended for their patience and dedication. I hope and pray that this problem is solved and that if we ever meet again, it will be under more pleasant conditions.
