I want to personally thank you and all of your employees for the FANTASTIC service we received during what was a very horrible time for both Dale and myself.

You were one of four contractors involved in this restoration and YOU were the MOST RELIABLE. We could always expect a return call from any message we left. You stayed on schedule. When you said you were going to do something, it was done in a quick and professional manner.

Nathan was at our home in the night (a.m.) of the disaster vacuuming up the water. The poor guy was literally working in this sleep. It was a bad night for everyone, but he kept on going. He must run on batteries or something. From your receptionist to you the service was GREAT.

Nathan, Trinity, Darren, Bruce and names I can't remember, we thank ALL OF YOU.

You have the best team in town and made all the other contractors look like rookies.

Dear Darren,

Since it appears as though the job is now completed in our crawl space, I just wanted to share a few thoughts with you.

When we met a while back to discuss the situation, you said that the final bill would be fair, and it certainly was. You also said there would be no surprises, and there were not. I respect the fact that you took our unique set of circumstances into account and stayed on the original quote. It could have been otherwise, but you lived up to your word. Your integrity was appreciated.

In regards to your various crews, I especially want to acknowledge John, Nathan and Cole. It’s not that the other WET staff did not give it a terrific effort. It’s just that those three at different times delivered above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with this problem. They should be commended for their patience and dedication.

Dear Darren,
This letter is being written as our way of thanking you and your staff for your quick and professional response to a frozen pipe burst on December 1, 2004. A third of the house was damaged by the water, and being here an hour after making the phone call to your company kept the damage to a minimum.

Your staff, arriving at the house that evening, was very respectful and their immediate attention to the problem was greatly appreciated. They made what appeared to be a catastrophe earlier, a little less discomforting for us.

We were rather new to the area and had no references with regard to companies that may do this kind of work and how quickly they would respond to our phone call that evening. Thankfully, we called W.E.T. to do the job and your equipment was here until the job was finished.

You being here personally twice with Jared, and satisfied that the affected rooms in the house were dry again, was reassuring. It reflects on your company’s concern for the homeowner and their property.

Dear Friends,

Our family was shocked to open the door and find our basement flooded with water from a ruptured outdoor hose bib. That was Sunday, November 23rd after we had been away for the weekend and the water had run for two days. There was one half of one inch of water from corner to corner.

We had heard about W.E.T. from friends and had seen your trucks. It was about 8:30 p.m. that Sunday night when we called. Your crews arrived quickly and immediately helped gather boxes and things that needed to be moved. Furniture was placed on styrofoam blocks and your crew vacuumed up the water and placed blowers and dehumidifiers to help begin the drying process. Wet books were taken to your dryer and restoration chamber. By 11:00 p.m. your crews had things under control and left us with their promise to check back with us the next morning, which they did.

Words cannot fully express our appreciation for your services. Please give special thanks to Seth, Kevin, and the two other young men who helped us that Sunday night. Dennis came the next day and has given us a plan to remove affected drywall, clean up, and haul debris and we will be asking for that help soon.

W.E.T. came to our rescue and we are extremely grateful. We highly recommend your staff, your expertise, and your services. Thank you for drying us out!

Gentlemen:

On 1/22/03, we had a water pipe breakage. The response from W.E.T. was remarkable and the following few weeks of mop up outstanding!!

Dear Mr. Foote and Company:

I am writing this letter to express my thanks and gratitude to you and your employees for the courteous and professional manner in which you handled the calamity at my house during January of 2002.

To walk in to my home and see water pouring from the second story ceiling and rushing down the stair well was quite a shock. However, within 15 minutes of the initial phone call to your company, workmen arrived on the scene and immediately began the procedures necessary to stop the flow of water. Even though it seemed destructive at the time, it ultimately saved much of the structure of the walls and ceilings. Because of the promptness of the response and the thoroughness of the cleanup, what could have been an enormous insurance claim was kept to a manageable amount.

Your employees were extremely kind and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. It is very stressful for the homeowner to be displaced and faced with rebuilding major portions of his/her house. Through the consideration and polite attitudes of your employees, this stress was reduced and decisions were made in a timely and thoughtful manner.

You and your company have earned a top spot in my reference book! I would not hesitate to tell anyone who experiences a water emergency to call you.
